Great accommodating service and amazing breakfast
Love this hotel and we visit Taos about once a year and always stay here. Nice, clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items and the Hatch Chiles were an added bonus and nice touch. Can't wait to come back!
We had a great stay here. Check in was efficient and very hospitable. Pool was indoor and the kids loved it. Breakfast was really good.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Taos, NM while looking for a rental after my house burned down. I was paying over $1,000 a week and expected at least basic service. Instead, I experienced minimal room cleaning, constant excuses from staff, and terrible customer service overall. We always enjoy the comfortable beds and clean rooms. And it's nice that our Spanish water dog can stay with us
