We stayed here for four nights and were pleased overall. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for a party of two—king-size bed, pull-out sofa, large TV, small fridge, and a proper desk. Most hotels miss the mark in two areas: overly dry air from the AC/heater and harsh, drying water. This place did well on both fronts, which was a pleasant surprise. Booked on line through booking.com. made the mistake of booking the wrong date. The hotel can't help or even give a customer service number. Called booking.com and can only get an AI who wants a pin from the booking email. There was no pin. I have emailed booking.com with no response.
Great place. Nice and quiet. Would like to thank Maintenance and Front Desk for fixing an issue in a timely manner. Special thanks to David in Maintenance. Was really friendly and professional in the way my problem was handled
The bathtub faucet is broken the maid walked in without knocking the refrigerator wasn't working after paying nearly $500 for three nights I expect much better what a dump definitely won't be back
