Todo bien salvo: que no se puede abrir ventana, colchones muy blandos y escasa agua en la ducha. Buen desayuno. Limpio. Buena atención al cliente

Janel made it better with a small refund after a not-great stay. First room was a 1. 2nd room a 3 or 4. Check in front desk professional was friendly (3 or 4). Check out front desk professional was muchore helpful with our eoom issue (4 or 5). We moved rooms due to horrendous weed smell in our first room and the hallway. The young woman at the desk at check in offered a new room which we gladly took even though we'd already taken time to settle in, shower, etc. She offered nothing else for the trouble, only said thanks for l... read more
