Convenient location. However they have some trouble dealing with the humidity of the region. PTAC unit in our room had a condensate backup so our floor got soaked and so did all of our stuff. Staff attentive to the issue and helped make it right in the end. Thank you very much.

This is a unique Hampton Inn. Poolside bar and indoor bar and food, biggest suite rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor seats as well as games like connect four at the pool and lounge. Debra, the breakfast host, was extra gracious with coloring books for kids at breakfast! Facility is a little worn, maybe a 4 out of 5. Sometimes you have to ask for towels at the pool on a busy weekend, but beyond that it’s pretty good! Check it out!

Location is great! Unfortunately the manager on duty Sherri Hightower was not very friendly or helpful. As a Hilton rewards member you expect better customer service.

The staff was amazing. Great personalities essentially the bartender Charlotte and the ducks that kept kiddos busy.
