Ashley was an absolute rockstar! We unfortunately had a rough day and Ashley made it a million times better. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made our entire experience. Beyond thankful for her!
We checked in last night under some unexpected circumstances during a cross country move. The Front desk employee Ashley was AMAZING, extremely accommodating and helpful. We were so impressed with her service and knowledge / Recommendation of the area. If you need a place to stay, stay here, because of Ashley! Thank you!
Very helpful and pet friendly, even with cats!
We were very disappointed in the accommodations as far as the pool area and patio. We specifically came for the pool, it was cloudy with a red light and it looked very awful. You couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. And the so-called patio had No chairs , two tables and was about 3 ft across. And we paid over $200 for our room. It was a terrible experience. We will not be back. And we will make sure and let everyone know.
