Well, we just checked in today and the young man that checked us in was super nice very helpful we get to our room. It’s not the king suite that we had booked they put us in a mobility room that we don’t need finally got a chance to go to the pool. It was just disgusting. The water felt oily. Just a bad experience there five minutes ago we left the front desk because we were purchasing some snacks for our daughter and the front desk person whose name is Ashley was just rude and seems like she hates her job or hates life. honestly don’t understand how this hotel receives ratings above 8, almost close to 9. Breakfast is served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery, which already sets the wrong tone, and unfortunately, the food itself is bland and tasteless – I haven’t had something this disappointing in a long time. The reception service also leaves much to be desired. The lady at the front desk gave the impression that everything was in the style of “pay and go,” without even a trace of friendliness. Rooms are nice decor is current and fresh. Late night staff who checked us in didn’t care that we were there or not but outside of that staff was accommodating, professional and friendly, particularly the gentleman at the front desk during the day. We received service to our expectations for a Hampton.
