Good place
This is a nice quiet hotel. Rooms are modern and up to date. My only problem: service at check in and check out. I was not recognized as a gold member ( not that I care) but it matters to Hilton, maybe she was having a bad day or she may just be spirited (I do have compassion) but also checkout was along the same lines with a different girl with us having to get someone to the desk to checkout. Then notifying them they're out of breakfast but told then there's someone else and not her job.. but not enough breakfast available... read more
Was told 1 price on during confirmation when booked the room, and when I checked in was told almost $200 more. Also pick this hotel for indoor pool access and it was closed. Rooms need to be updated
Let's see, we had 2 rooms. 1st - live stink bug, torn cushion couch, bed that goes boing. Moved to another room - more dead stink bugs, torn couch cushion, flickering light. Moved to 3rd room - 10+ dead stink bugs. Called next door to see if they had rooms. Traveling for family reunion, kids were tired and ready to see family, so just stayed here. Called front desk again to see if someone could come vacuum the room. Was told no, but they did let me borrow a stinky vacuum. These were the large rooms with two beds and couch. 2... read more
