First off, I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member and travel frequently with the Hilton brand as my go to. I gotta say, this stay and experience was just terrible. First and foremost, the front desk staff was horribly rude, careless and unprofessional. The room itself was not very clean, the carpets are just gross and thick with dirt and crusty. The bed felt like a wooden board which had zero comfort. The air unit didn’t seem to be working properly so they had a portable humidifier next to it, I presume to be in place of the crappy... read more
The employees at the front desk were very helpful and courteous at check-in and check-out. The rooms were very clean.
I loved our stay! Kimberly at the front desk was super helpful. We loved breakfast..Jennifer was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay so special!
