Stop over for one night here. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. This is one of the “not yet updated” Hampton Inns as of my visit.
I want to thank the staff. We came for a baseball tournament. They were so nice they took care of every need. And made us feel at home. Thank you
the elevator was broke we had to climb stairs to the 4th floor and we didn't like that because I'm still recovering from surgery and my husband had a knee replacement but we requested the 1st floor the next day and finally got moved and it was better
The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It was undergoing renovations during our stay, which likely explains the discounted rate. Overall, the hotel looked decent. Our room had been recently renovated, but it still had a lingering old smell. Unfortunately, the floor was dusty and not very clean. The hallway on our floor appeared outdated and hadn’t been renovated yet—or at least it looked that way. Breakfast was included, but the selection was quite limited.
Arrive at 11pm to be told the room we booked (2 queens) wasnt available so we got a king and a sofa bed (unnnncommmmfortable). Then told the elevator call button isn't working so gotta get the attendant to call the elevator from the laundry room every time. So that was fun to do with 2 toddlers and luggage. Then none of the ice machines work. I get that hotels have to do maintenance, and apparently they are closing soon to do so. But maybe inform people before they make reservations that amenities in the hotel are not in wor... read more
