We had a lovely staycation here over the weekend. The two young men at the front desk were genuinely nice and helpful. It’s rare that people go the extra mile and they did, gave us complimentary water bottles because we’re silver status, to bringing out fresh hot water for hot coco for my kids. Thank you.
We came into town for a funeral and Jared at the front desk was so helpful. He was able to book another room for a family member whose hotel was a experience (literally)...the rooms were clean, the food was decent and the people were friendly.
