The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. You could tell they care about each and every guest. Super efficient fast check-in and information given out about all amenities and breakfast. They follow up to make sure that you’re happy and check to see if you need anything. This is why Hilton has so many repeat customers, the customer service you receive as a Hilton diamond member is unparalleled.

I have stayed in several hotels before both in US and abroad. Never had an experience where the front desk generated a wrong pass key to the room. This itself would explain how careless they are in handling guests!

Surprise is an understatement! @Hamptonbyhilton in Sarasota- Lakewood Ranch, General Manager Patrick Worley and his day staff went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. I came back to Florida during a difficult time and have had to extend my stay a couple times this week of which the day staff helped me. My stay has been great but there was a small incident the other night which I felt was more than handled by the manager. However, I came back to my room tonight to find this.
