The staff was very gracious, Georgia, Parker and other people that were a pleasure. The hotel is very nice and tucked away in the UTC mall, University Town center Mall. It has a very nice breakfast with cheese options for the eggs and maple smoked sausage, kielbasa style! The pool and spa have a little waterfall that separates them! We stayed here for one night last month. Walked in and were able to get a room without a reservation, receptionist was very nice and polite. The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. We didn’t have a a chance to eat breakfast, but we grabbed the “to-go” breakfast bag on the way out. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. They manage this hotel with excellence. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs. The breakfast has something for everyone and will not disappoint. The fitness room is one of the best I've experienced. Absolutely loved the hotel. Room was amazing!! Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will Def being stay here again. Home away from home.
