Zero stars. Cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive due to over booking and tried to say we had cancelled the booking. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I arrived at about 9:30pm and there was literally nowhere to park. There were probably 12 extended length vehicles all parked sideways across multiple parking spots, probably averaging 5 spots each. I have never seen so many in one small lot. RVs, trucks with trailers, box trucks, construction vehicles, everything.
