Feb. 2026... this was my very first scheduled layover here in SBP (San Luis Obispo, CA) My flt. crew and I arrived around 6:30pm and was informed most restraunts and food places in the area close around 7pm So unfortunately I wasn't able to eat at all for the entire day of flying and rest of the evening. What an embarrassment for Hilton! The evening front desk staff was completely clueless, incompetent and uncaring. I reserved two rooms to attend a family funeral. Checked into BOTH rooms online the day prior and upon physically arriving was told they only had ONE room reserved in my name. After wasting more than 10 minutes with the front desk agent, I presented my confirmation numbers and magically things were resolved. Just checked out. Great stay, great service. The staff really deserve some serious recognition as they do a great job. I really enjoyed my stay!
