Nobody ever picks up the phone!!
Only 1 person working. Waited 30 minutes at front desk to check in. The only employee on duty finally showed up and said they were understaffed and only person working. They also charge 15.00 per vehicle for parking. Rear of hotel had homeless people camped out. Hotel is over priced skip if you can.
I am extremely disappointed and angry about my experience with this hotel. After I checked out, I discovered that the hotel had charged an additional $200 to my bank card. When I asked for an explanation, the hotel only replied that I had damaged the TV screen. This accusation is completely false. From the moment I checked in, I never touched the television or even used it.
