Great location
The Customer Service at the Hampton Inn & Suites in San Luis Obispo on Calle Joaquin is TERRIBLE!! There was a leak in the pipes and the water had to be shut off. Very inconvenient, but things happen. We get that. The problem was, we were WITHOUT ANY RUNNING WATER FOR OVER 8 HOURS!!!!!! And the manager told me there was nothing they could do to compensate us since it was not their fault. I even filed a complaint with their Guest Assistance Team and they said they would do nothing.
