DONT GO THERE. Absolutely horrible experience. I would recommend no one to go there. I went to the front desk to complain about having an handicap room with toilet seat cover broken, she was like oh yours too we get a lot of complains regards that because the housekeeper have the habit of slamming the toilet cover. So apparently they're aware of that problem but the supervisor doesn't do anything about it. I told her I almost fall out of the seat twice she was like yeah we get a lot of complains about it. Mediocre at best. Rooms were spacious and location was extremely convenient. But there were shady people around at late hours and definitely did not help that you had to buzz in for the attendant to open the sliding door. Beds were also uncomfortable and AC had a strong odor. Breakfast was just meh, nothing to add.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years but after the last stay we will find somewhere else. Over $200 a night and now they charge $10/day to park in the parking lot. Check in experience was awful. Had to ask the person at the desk to check me after she looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me, and went back to her computer. Took my name id and then gave me a key. No mention of room or water or welcome or thank you. I had to ask about the parking pass because I heard someone else talking about it. The b... read more
