My bedsheets had very obviously been slept in. I have been a business traveler for almost 30 years. I have greatly enjoyed this hotel and the location, but not having fresh sheets, as if a frequent traveler cannot tell the difference, not acceptable. When you put fresh sheets on a bed, they are not noticeably wrinkled right where a body would be if it was sleeping, which was the case with the sheets on the bed in my room. Soccer teams were there and noisy kids running around like crazy.
The front desk lady, Susan, was very friendly and helpful. Well maintained and clean hotel.
