We just got a basic room with a king bed for one night. The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. Pretty decent breakfast. Would stay here again.
It’s a nice hotel. Location is good and rooms are new. But cleaning is the issue. They charge so extra for pets but can’t even vacuum properly. Pets hair everywhere on the carpet and on my clothes. All the carpet in the hair. I am glad I don’t have an allergy, but it’s completely disrespectful for other people. If you charge so extra, maybe you can clean it! Trash from previous people in the room.
Renovated rooms are perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Hotel staff is rude and makes jokes about trashy guests trashing the rooms when you’re checking inn. Not sure if they are hosting college parties at this roadside motel but I will be using another hotel next time I am in Chandler. The hotel is located in a very industrial area with a considerable amount of road construction. Parking lot has many spots blocked off and taped off for construction. Very near the highway.
The hotel is going through a renovation. We stayed on the 4th floor which is already done and the room was great. They also have a dog area out front with a poop station. It was very well manicured and was great for our pets. So thankfull.
