Truly amazing stay at this Hampton Inn Phx/Chandler. Pool was pristine and mostly empty. Room was spotless. Breakfast was pretty good. Easy parking situation. Employees very gracious. I give it a 4.8 stars!
Great place and has nice confernece rooms available for business meetings.

The customer service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff never acknowledged my presence, even as I walked past repeatedly, until the very last day when I was leaving with our luggage. He mistakenly thought we were checking out. A simple gesture, like making eye contact, saying hello, or asking if we needed anything, would have demonstrated good service—something the hotel could do at no cost.
