A great place to stay when I'm in town to visit family and their house is too crowded. Stayed here several times during holidays and everything is within walking distance even the river. Breakfast has always been great.
First I want to say I won't be back. I'll go to Holiday inn for sure. They don't actually honor the guarantee. Ants in room okay whatever, can't find through guide what to watch cause there is no info available. Okay... Then raw potatoes at breakfast... Um no.. also charged me for parking pass for second car. For the price I paid none of this should be an issue. And how was it a hearing impaired room!? They didn't even offer a discount. No thanks.
If you're going to stay at this Hampton, I would not recommend using a 3rd party booking site. It seemed like every time we walked through the lobby, the front desk staff was apologizing to someone about some issue that was being blamed on 3rd party booking. We were also pretty disappointed to find that after just a short time in our room, our socks and the bottoms of our feet were completely black. The floors were filthy.
Victoria is great manager & staff was very friendly.
