This was a very clean, comfortable hotel. It's close to everything in the area and right across the parking lot is Starbucks and Panda Express. Their coffee, always available, is good too! They serve a nice breakfast, included with the room, and Veronica, the sweet breakfast lady, is on top of her game...everything is clean, stocked and tidy. Best pet friendly hotel in Oroville.
I had a terrible experience at this Hampton hotel on June 28 around 3:00 PM. I booked my room 4 days in advance and paid over $300 for a 2-night stay. My confirmation email clearly stated “No additional fees required upon arrival.” However, when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional $100 deposit before I could check in. I attempted to use both my debit card and my credit card, but the front desk said they were being declined.
