I stayed here while I was in town for a funeral two weeks ago the room was OK however the front desk service is not great. We checked in for 2 nights. We decide to stay a third night to be with our family as they were grieving. So we called this hotel to check availability and to see if they have any rooms available in Queens she said yes we have pleny queens rooms. Not the type of experience you would expect from a Hampton Inn. I had the pleasure of waking up to a loud truck delivery at 5am. I called the front desk and my concern was immediately dismissed. I received the same treatment when feedback was left after my stay by the general manager Craig.
