I stay here often for work purposes and they have always been so incredibly kind and accommodating!! Even when not staying they are familiar with me where they let me use the conference room to catch up on some work! There are renovations happening but that does not negate the quality this hotel and the workers (especially Jayme) has to offer. ♡
I will change this if I am wrong. I found bugs in the room. The hotel suggested they were weevils and I have had people tell me they are definitely bedbugs. I'm posting in case someone else has similar issue. I freaked out about it, but the hotel staff didn't seem to think it was as big a problem as I did. They made comments such as they can get mixed with other things so until I see it, I won't be concerned.
