We showed up to this hotel with 7 adults and 4 kids under 8 at 10:30 at night. The reservation was for 8 adults and 3 kids ( as we didn’t know more would tag along). When we got to the hotel our main group person who did the reservation went to the front desk and spoke with Beatrice, checked in and she did not ask how many people there were at all. This is a great hotel-clean, renovated, modern. The staff is super nice. The included Breakfast is such a convenience! While we were there a young family had a medical emergency with their baby and the staff, Nichole and Breann were incredibly helpful and supportive while on the phone with 911. Kudos to them both-so professional!! They were angels!

Had the best experience here! Got burned on another hotel near by. Mrs. Beatriz hooked me and the family up! 10/10 recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We arrived around 11pm from driving 15 hours away from our home, checked in normally, went upstairs and had showered and gotten the children tucked in(8, 7, 6, & 1) when one of our children needed their blanket so we went down to grab it out of our vehicles and when we walked back into the hotel, the front desk worker, Beatrice, told someone in our party that we needed to relocate to a different room to accommodate our party(8 adults & 4 children), so they gave us a key to a suite.
