Although I didn’t end up staying here, I had a conversation with the front desk attendant, Ms. Sonja, and she was so sweet! Thank you for the uplifting conversation we had such a lovely chat!! I’ll definitely be back in the future, and I hope Sonja is there to greet me again. :)

The only thing good about this hotel was the front desk. Both individuals I dealt with were friendly and polite. The hotel on the other hand does not come anywhere close to Hilton standards. My first room, the beds would squeak when you looked at them and the TV did not work and it was dirty. The room they switched me to the beds were even worse, uncomfortable, but even more than uncomfortable. If you blinked while sleeping, you would wake up from the squeaks of the boxspring. DO NOT STAY HERE. My experience as a Hilton Honors member was horrible. At check-in I was not treated well. The elevator was broken during my entire stay of 6 days. I had to call the front desk every night for disruption from other guests. The room was dirty, the ice maker was broken and the staff didn’t have a solution to the elevator was broken except for me to carry my bags up and down the stairs.
