Update 9NOV25: I don't know what happened between them and now. The room needed a good wipe down. The shower would not drain and we are for a different room. We were told that we had to wait on maintenance, in which we did. We asked again about maintenance and found out that they were sent to the wrong room. We waited for about two hours to take a shower. Clean but Mold/Mildew Odor Throughout Building My room was very clean and well-kept, but there was a strong mildew or mold smell throughout the entire left side of the hotel, affecting all odd-numbered rooms on every floor. The odor was immediately noticeable and made the stay uncomfortable. As someone with asthma, this was especially concerning — I had to use my inhaler several times due to the poor air quality.
