The staff here were super friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Only minor thing, the water bottle refill had a trickle of water coming out of it.
Staff are very friendly, they even have us check in early. They made our stay comfortable
Great location when visiting Newport. Newly renovated. Great staff.
We have been working with Liz - Director of Sales for several months to coordinate rooms for our guests' stay for our son's wedding in Newport. She is so responsive and has truly been amazing in answering all my questions. Then we arrived at the hotel and the staff were so accommodating and so friendly. The rooms were very clean. The premises also very clean. Liz also worked with us to ensure my 95 year old father in law was comfortable and had a connecting room to my sister in law. Highly recommend this hotel.
