The staff at the front could use a lesson on hospitality. When asked for a good place to park downtown, a good answer would have been "im sorry im not really sure" instead of "best bet is to come in December ". They also dont seem to know much about their own shuttle. Also found an empty mini vodka under the pull out couch while setting it up for my children.
This is one of the finest Hampton Inns & Suites. Every person on staff is friendly, helpful, and cares about your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are good. The showers are good! It's in a great location. I recommend this Hampton for your trip.
