The location and the staff are really the only thing this hotel has going for it unfortunately. The rooms are "updated" but so many things were wrong with our room. The Internet box was hanging from the ceiling, the sink faucet was broken and hanging down into the sink making it very hard to use, the AC cover on the wall had dust caked next to it (with plenty of other dust and hair throughout the room), and the phone had no name plate on it (normally I wouldn't care for this as I never use the phone.. but when my neighbors d... read more
We were only there for two nights. Got in late afternoon Thursday 9/11/2025. Checked in, dropped our stuff in the room & headed out to explore. Got back to the room late. Booked our excursions for the next day (full day of exploring and eating) and went to bed. Woke up the next morning in a complete sink hole in the mattress (like a 400 lb person had been using it for at least a year), and for the record, I way 160.
