We stayed here for six nights during the 2026 Nashville Ice Storm when we lost power at our home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to ride out such a stressful and unexpected displacement. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind, not just to us, but to our dog as well. They gave us a welcome goodie bag and even had one prepared for our pup, which meant so much during a tough week. Beautifully done.
Pretty average hotel. Bathroom had barn doors with confusing locks for some reason, really took the review down a few notches, just use a normal door for crying outloud
We stayed at this hotel during Winter Storm Fern. The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and very well prepared for the storm. We will stay at this hotel again even when there is not a storm! The suites are roomy and the layout is perfect. If you have an EV there is a Level2 charger next door.
I lived at this hotel, with my two dogs while my house was being built. I was able to work remote from my room and eat breakfast daily. There was a walking path across the street to take my dogs and many food choices in the surrounding area. My room was very generous in size and amenities, but most importantly, clean.
