Terrible and so dirty. They do not clean the rooms. Awful service won’t even let you purchase a WATER unless you are 21. Ridiculous.
Room 129 needs a new mattress, you can literally feel the springs. Kids and adults being very loud in the common area way past 10pm. Asked for late checkout and was told no, which was also a first. Beautiful property, just needs a little extra attention in some aspects.
The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and did not make guests feel welcome. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The breakfast area was not clean, although the food itself was acceptable. Considering the level of service provided, the hotel was not worth the price.
