I have stayed here multiple times and it is overall a very nice experience! I am a member of Hilton Rewards and this is one of the nicest ones I have been too. The staff were somewhat helpful but kind of sarcastic, which I didn’t appreciate. You also have to swipe your card every time you use the elevator which is nice but also kind of a pain in the butt. The rooftop pool is very nice and shallow and perfect for kids or a couple swimming. Overall, my experience here was pretty nice with only a few notes to the staff.
We brought our 10 month old and the staff was quite accommodating, bringing several items to the room on request. Rachel helped with a large last minute request to group rooms together for family members.
