Service is exceptional! They took care of me when I did not have the whole week booked, they were able to move something around and booked a week for me :) I’m very appreciative! Tiffany is fantastic!
If you are anywhere near Germantown this is the place to stay. Tadazia was so very helpful. When you are traveling on business you want somewhere that is clean, friendly, modern, and safe. This location checks all the boxes.
I booked a king room back on 5/20 through my job for 7/17-7/19 and paid in full. My sister called 7/16 to confirm the room was paid for and I would be okaay to check in around 5-6a.m when i’d likely arrive as per the website check in is 10 a.m. The nice lady over the phone confirmed my room was paid for and she did not see them being fully booked by time I arrived but if they were my room would be fine and there would be a $25 incidentals fee plus a $25 fee for early check in.
