I had a GREAT experience here. The staff over was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and ready for my stay. A rate from 0-10....I rate a 10+ on everything. The GM who checked us in was super nice and friendly. Enjoyed a great conversation with Philip. I'd stay again whenever I get a chance to come through. The lady doing breakfast, Carolyn was really friendly and nice as well. Had a great conversation with her.
We stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing and always had a smile on the their face. A huge, huge thank you to Carolyn who took care of us every morning at breakfast. She was so kind and hardworking. She greeted every single person that came down for breakfast and checked on everyone multiple times. All while she’s making sure everything is stocked and clean. Thank you so much!
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel was in the perfect location. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful! If we find ourself in Madisonville again , we will book here again!
Stayed here during the December holidays to visit family in this region of Kentucky. In my view, what distinguishes this Hampton Inn is the exceptional support provided by the staff. They were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we liked the configuration of the bed facing the window which allowed for more space in the room itself.
