Had a wonderful experience at this property. Shout out to Joylene Scott at the front desk who checked us in and upgraded our rooms. We have been a regular at Hampton Inn and other Hilton properties, but the comfort and room size of this hotel was outstanding. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to our next stay at this hotel. Food Selections at the front counter are just sad
Joylene is amazing running the front counter. I visit hotels twice a month for work travel and I can’t recall ever having such great service. She was great with our kids and knew how to handle stressed out parents.
