Update- it has been 2 months since the GM reached out letting me know that he would follow up with me after he had the room inspected. I have yet to hear back. I have sent a follow up but have not received a response. Beware when staying at Hampton Inn in Ridgeland, MS. At the beginning of April, I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family of six. I am super sensitive to mold and mildew. Uncleanliness or the slightest must can make me have a terrible hotel experience. For that reason I usually hate staying in hotels. We did our best research and crossed our fingers that showing up here at 1150pm would work out and be bearable. Xavian at the front desk was the nicest receptionist ive ever had at a hotel and his confidence that we would enjoy the clean room made me hopeful. He said that it was their highest priority.
