Beware when staying at Hampton Inn in Ridgeland, MS. At the beginning of April, I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family of six. We’ve stayed here before and never had any issues, and I will say the front desk staff has always been friendly and accommodating. During this stay, my husband and son stayed in one room while I stayed in the other room with our other children. Nice rooms but the people at front desk nobody answers the phone, acknowledges as a gold member when you check to offer water etc like others do

Bed and pillows booo lol and our floor was loud people half the night but friendly staff n rooms was clean just little uncozy
