I probably would never stay at this location again... Worst exit ever, over Traffic. 116th is ridiculous. Hotel is completely under construction and they did not tell ya that. Be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs alot, its closer then the elevator is.

Registration was smooth and efficient. Jared and Karen quickly dealt with a couple of glitches in the room to insure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast hostesses Suzanne and Teresa presented a clean and well stocked breakfast area for guests and were very attentive to any needs or requests. Highly recommend this location and staff. Excellent location with easy access. Don't let their renovations in progress keep you from staying. We went through the Hilton rewards program and booked two rooms / two nights. We then followed up and called the reservation line to ensure that we had rooms and explained that we would be a late check-in. Everything was confirmed and good to go. After our event that we were in town for we were on our way back to the hotel when I received a voicemail that they had overbooked and we did not have rooms, this was at 11 pm.
