Friendly, professional service. Rooms are outdated. Mattress was not very comfortable.
Stayed at this Hampton about a week and a half ago. I stayed in Rm 202 I believe. As soon as I entered the room I was hit with a nasty smell, like a locker room. I traced it to the pull-out couch or the carpeting around it. That couch needs to be fumigated. I mentioned to the desk clerk on checkout. Overall the room was ok otherwise except for the soft mattress. Also no alarm clocks, yes I had to figure out how to use my phone alarm. Breakfast so-so. They had biscuits but no gravy., and other typical fare.
Hair in the tub, wallpaper peeling and outlets that didn't work
You would think for $300 a night they would at least have my favorite cookies ready at all times. Seriously, if more hiltons made the cookies a bigger priority that would make customers 10x happier
