I have no choice to give it a 1 because the construction. They are undergoing a major renovation. The rooms are fine and the location is good. I will plan on staying here again so I can rerate once construction is finished.
Had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is undergoing renovations, but the renovated rooms are fantastic. Great area that’s safe and quiet. Starbucks, QDOBA are in the adjacent parking lot. Clean showers with plenty of hot water, new towels, etc. They had cookies at check in, great breakfast and fresh fruit in the lobby. The best part was the staff, especially Jenny. Will be back the next time I’m in Indy!
It was a very nice hotel, I’m on a 14 hour road trip right now, so I obviously needed to sleep, and my family drove to the closest one. It had a great pool BUT I could see a IKEA through the window, and the radiator was SO LOUD.
