I am a Hilton Honors member. I was excited to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Sugar Land. Sugar Land is beautiful town just outside Houston, Texas. Me and family stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was nice but we never received housekeeping service. Every evening I had to go down to the front desk to get new towels. One evening my wife stopped by the front desk and let them know our trash was overflowing in our room and they provided us with a kitchen trash bag to transfer our trash into. July 2025 What a lovely surprise this Hampton turned out to be! The place is super clean and looks new – which is a big win because some other Hampton hotels these days are starting to feel a bit… tired (like they need a vacation too). For the price we paid, this was a total no-brainer. Like seriously, why think twice? Now here’s the best part — foodies, rejoice! There are so many amazing Indian restaurants just a few minutes away. Never have I experienced the worst hotel. I complained about the cleanliness of my room and they’re being hairs in the bathroom and in the bed, There is an African-American manager here called Mrs. Williams. I never have. I been spoken to so rudely by hotel employee in my 65 years of existence. What a disaster of a management team at this location. Never will I stay in a Hampton ever again or a Hilton as a matter of fact.
