We are Hilton Honors members that have been staying in Hilton properties back and forth across the country- have always been offered water. Here we were told that was only for gold and diamons members. Room was clean but arranged oddly with tv facing a wall- not the bed. And there was not a sofa. I like that you don't get housekeeping service every day- but larger trash cans in the rooms would be helpful. Good location-easy on and off the highway and many restaurants within 5-15 minutes.

I unfortunately have to leave a review. I’ve attempted contact with the manager since the 4th of March for a night I didn’t stay asking for help with a refund. I called the day of two cancelled flights asking if they could change my reservation as I wouldn’t be arriving until the next day. When I arrived the next day they assured me it would be taken care of but gave the managers card. Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience! If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! My stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The management team is completely unresponsive and fails to follow up on even the most basic requests. I reported an issue with the AC in my room twice at the front desk and even responded to a follow-up text from them—yet nothing was done. No updates, no resolution, just silence.
