Everyone is all nice and all clean . Love the location
Unfortunately I couldn’t stay a single night in this hotel as it just wasn’t safe due to the cockroaches. The same day I checked in I noticed cockroaches on the wall by the bed and notified the front desk. They said they have no other rooms and they can’t leave the desk. One employee did drop by and grabbed it, but more roaches showed up minutes later. Unfortunately, no one was willing to come back, the front desk (Laenn?) provided me a broom and bug spray to deal with it myself. Sadly it didn’t work well as the roaches just... read more
Service was great and the location is convenient for MD Anderson visits. Rooms are dated and could be cleaner. Hair was in the closet.
