I had a last minute emergency, called the hotel, they told me to contact Hilton. I called Hilton customer service and they tried to help cancel the reservation; however, hotel staff at this location refused to help and charged me for the night plus tax. Extremely disappointing.
Worst place I’ve ever been. Beds are very uncomfortable. Bugs in Bed and On the walls. I was itching all night. Couldn’t hook up my laptop to the TV so I could watch my show. TV was so small and outdated. Their picture shows a pool. I came here on a business trip and my wife came along so she could spend time at the pool and they say it hasn’t been open in over 10 years.
