All are good, except small pool and fitness center
Calling to try to get information on shuttle. Front desk no answer for 30 minutes, hung up 6 times after ringing 20. Called back on reservations. Spoke to a lady that couldn't answer the question put on hold 18 minutes, then again got disconnected. Called back, just rings and hangs up. Called for a shuttle. Old man says no shuttle call a taxi. REALLY. what poor service, doesn't take but a minute to be polite.
