This is a very average property managed by an above average manager. The manager Ivette proved to us that people can make all the difference

The room was large, the linens were clean but the carpet was stained and thread bare. The ”fold out sofa” was about two feet wide and could not be used because it didn’t close. There is NO way even a child could sleep on that bed much less an adult! We have stayed in many hampton suites and expected more than a tiny fridge on the floor and an even tinier microwave. There was no silverware, no plates, glasses etc. It would be impossible for a family to try to eat a meal there. I had read in other reviews the water was stinky ... read more

Disappointing. We are Hilton honors members and have passed this hotel many times on our travels. We decided to stay this time. The hotel is outdated; the furniture in the room is in bad shape; the bathroom is also outdated. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sparse as well. Not sure this will remain a Hilton for long. Staff, however, is friendly.
