This is an update! I wrote an earlier On 9-5-25 I checked into this location, I met a really nice, sweet lady who welcomed me. I was there through a program sponsored by a college. I was there fifteen days with no problems except for maybe around 9-10-25 housekeeping came to clean the room. I used my own cloth for bath. The staff was extremely helpful, cautious. Service was fantastic and the supervisor SEBASTIAN whent out of his way to assist us in anyway. Highly recommend this hotel

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites El Cajon for an extended period of time (about 4–5 months), and I can honestly say it felt like home to me. From the moment I checked in until the very last day, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.
