Overall good rooms. The cleaning and restaurant staff were wonderful. Front desk staff ok, but not the best. For instance, they claim that early check in request is first come, first served but it is not. They don't keep a list of names to know who requested first. The front desk clerk told me she was keeping track in her head, but that I had to periodically check back... I don't expect special treatment or some complex system. But any hotel can do this... Great service, really nice rooms, and the pricing is in line
My shirt was stained by wet paint Hilton maintenance team used to fix up blemishes on their desks in a room I stayed. HUGE props to the supervisor on duty for addressing and resolving this mishap—5 stars all around for her. Much appreciated and thank you!
