If I could give it less than one star, I would. Here for a conference and first, I show up and the front desk staff is totally incompetent. They screwed up our credit card authorization. Half and hour of arguing and 2 credit cards later, I finally got checked in. Mind, you, I did e-check-in beforehand as well and selected my room. They told me after the fact that the room is selected wasn't available and i could only select from the first 5 floors. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel overall felt well maintained. The lobby looked elegant and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location was also a big plus, everything felt accessible and convenient, especially for moving around without needing a car. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast.
