As always at Hampton Inn, the room and details were all first rate. We came in late on a snowy night (03DEC25) and we're especially glad for the warmth and comfort. The price was surprisingly low. Cherry Creek is an upscale Denver suburb and I expected twice the rate for our last-minute stay. Our Suite was impressive for its kitchenette and door between the large study and the large sleeping room. All fixtures and amenities were in top shape. I went to Colorado with my family for thanksgiving vacation and stayed at this hotel. 3/4 nights we stayed, the room got way too hot to the point it was unbearable. When we told the lady at the front desk she was rude and told us there was a thermometer on the wall, we went back to check and there was NO thermometer. We went back downstairs and told her. The hotel was dirty and staff was not kind. The hallway walls seemed to be falling apart, the walls were paper thin, we found dirt on the beds, stains on every towel, and a dingy yellow pillow mixed in with the rest. We brought that to the attention of the staff and they told me the yellow tinted pillow does belong to the hotel and just looks that way because “it has been used a lot, like your pillows at home would look like after a lot of wear”.
