Standard hotel, decent breakfast. However, staff was phenomenal and so friendly. I want to shout out Nora and Queenie at the front desk, just lovely to talk to.
Excellent staff. Hot breakfasts. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Well worth the price.
Got to give a shout out to The Hotel Staff. So FRIENDLY ITS REFRESHING. The place is spotless. Great breakfast. Pool jacuzzi. Close to shops and restaurants. Loved everything about this
This hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location for me. If not for the rudeness of the front desk attendant who refused to give me a quarter for my two dimes and nickel so that I could do my laundry. She told me that they would only give quarters for paper bills and all I had was $100 bill which she did not have change for. stupid! Is it amazing that one thoughtless act of a junior staff can ruin your perception?
I had a 9 night stay here on a business trip. I checked out 3am this morning on my last day. Towards the end of my stay there was significant incident that occured. I reported this to the front desk attendant who was nice and put me in another room and she made me aware that she had escalated the issue and I should expect a follow up from management. I did not receive hear from anyone for 3 days and till now no follow up. I reached out to Hilton with an email this morning. Mind you this was a potential public health concern ... read more
