First of all, we made a reservation, before we left the house. Second, when we arrived, we couldn't find anyone so we could check in. Third, she run the night audit, almost 2 hours early, so we lost our reservation. Fourth, we tried to still get a room, and she refused to take cash. The worst part of it was that we had a hard time finding a room. We're employees from the same company, but we live and work in a different state.
I arrived in Cleveland Ohio for my brother's funeral. I called this hotel at 6am to verify i would be able to check in early to shower as I had to be at the services for 10am. I was told they have a room and I may absolutely check in giving the circumstances. I'm also a long standing diamond member. So I let them know I'd be arriving at 8. We'll it's now 8:48 I've been waiting for the store manager Sol Delgado to have some human decency and come up with a solution as I continue to watch people check out. We arrived around 4pm on 9/4/2024 . The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional.
