We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chincoteague–Waterfront for two nights for a short weekend getaway to visit Assateague Island and see the wild ponies. It was a great experience. The front desk staff were very kind, welcoming, and informative. Visiting on a weekend was perfect since all the shops and restaurants on the island were open.
