Staying at Hampton Inn & Suites was great. The room was immaculate & had everything we needed. The free breakfast in the morning was huge from eggs & sausage to waffles, biscuits & gravy, juice, coffee, & on & on. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is new and the rooms as well as hotel is clean. The breakfast was your typical waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Closer to the freeway than I would like. I was kept awake by cars and what I think was the noise from laundry room. I was on two and felt like the laundry room was below me. However, they did accommodate a 12 pm check out.
We ended up at this hotel after a disappointing experience elsewhere, and it turned out to be the best decision! While it was a bit farther from our early morning plans, the extra drive was absolutely worth it. The hotel is newer and very clean, which made our stay comfortable right from the start. The staff were friendly and helpful. Due to a card machine issue, we received VIP room service at no extra cost—an unexpected but appreciated touch! Such a great hotel! My family loves staying here while we are in town. Everybody from the staff is awesome! Dana, Lulú and so many more which are always willing to assist you in everything you need with a HUGE smile 😊 We Will definitely come back soon! The hotel in general is super super clean, breakfast is the BEST, the Pool is perfect, I truly highly recomend this location!
