Found a Bug (bed bug) on my mattress. I told the front desk and they gave me a different room right away and said for me to send the picture and vet to their GM which I did right away and she said they are calling an exterminator in and will keep me posted on what they find (still waiting for the caller email from them). I’m writing a late review but please read!!! My family stayed here a year ago and we had $1000.00 taken off my husband’s credit card for a cracked tv. The tv was cracked before we got there but we did not notice the crack until further in our stay as we were site seeing in Banff. When we told the front desk, the hotel took off $1000.00 from the card without telling us and accused us of breaking the tv with no proof.
