I really wanted to love my experience here. Unfortunately, there were just too many negative situations. I chose this hotel for their “all seasons” pool, which was in a room colder than being outside IN DECEMBER. Staff claimed to not be able to control it. Breakfast was stale and never restocked appropriately. However, the worst thing was having two $50 gift cards stolen from my room. I would never recommend staying here, and I strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

Great stay but now there's a 3 dollar parking fee. Also the pet fee went from $75 to $150. What fee is next, walking in the hallway?
