Very clean and nice hotel.
We had an awful time with customer service. Between this place and booking.com, we lost a lot of money because our event was rained out and we got no help on refunds. This place might be nice, I couldn’t tell you. We didn’t get to go but we paid like we stayed for 2 nights. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have proof where they lied about receiving information for refunds. We travel in that area a lot and they just lost any of my business and a lot of our friend’s business.
