My family and me got attacked by bed bugs during our stay in this hotel. We booked four night, but only stayed for 2 after bed bugs gave us each 20+ bites. No refund. No apologies. This is the worst trip experience ever.

If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. I called the phone number provided on Google for the Hampton Inn suites and spoke to a women from their support center or “Central” to book my stay with my fiancé and my puppy for the weekend. I specifically chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and I was charged an extra $50 a night. We let our dog out in the morning for the bathroom then went to breakfast with my family.
