Darrell was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. The staff in general was helpful too. My only negative during my stay was the breakfast bar. They were so cheap! No fruit, no yogurt, no pastries. This was at 6:30 am.So, don't count on breakfast here.

We were on our way from SC back to OH and somehow the Embassy Suite reservation didn't take when booking online. We stopped around 9PM on Saturday and Nate at the front desk took care of the problem and got us all set. The suite was perfect for all of us, we hit the pool for 30 mins before bed and it was amazing. Breakfast was good as usual per Hampton Inn standards....strawberry waffle mix was new to us. Perfect location for visiting Biltmore estate, shopping or dining out. Excellent experience with clean and fresh room but disappointed when breakfast was not replenished. Around 9 am Sunday the oj and apple juice was out and labeled out of order🧐. No bagels or muffins. Few biscuits and omelettes left. Not what we expected !!!!

Super slow service — it took ages just to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone. The AC in my room had a strange odor, and even after switching rooms, the issue was still there. We had to stay outside just to let the smell fade. On top of that, the noise from the highway was constant and made it hard to relax. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
