Great place to stay for High Springs and vicinity!
Did not have the room type I reserved and paid for on Expedia. “Front desk supervisor” was incredibly rude and confrontational about it. Not only did he not make an effort to make it right but even Told me, “You used a third party. I don’t have to give you the room you paid for. I don’t have to give you a refund for the difference in price. You can go to another hotel if you want.” I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.
The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. First, they came to my room for cleaning, knocked on the door, and I opened it and told them to come back in an hour. Then, less than two minutes later, they entered my room without permission. If my boyfriend hadn't screamed, I don't know what they would have tried to do inside.
