We stayed here because we came in town for a wedding. The bath tubs/showers are gross and the toilet wasn’t clean! It was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully we were only there to sleep! I am struggling to see how this place has a 4.2 rating, all the reviews I read were not good!
We checked in at this Hampton Inn April 24th and stayed 3 nights. We requested a room change due to noise above us and our bed creaked when you sat down and got up. I have a video of this. We were told no. We paid over $700.00 for these three nights which was expensive but we were there for a funeral service. The room service was nonexistent. No clean towels, no trash emptied or bed made after the second day. I was told I would hear from the hotel regarding this complaint and have heard nothing. Do not accept room #122.
