The HVAC is just horrible. You can set the wall to 71 degrees and it will heat up to 78 then throttle down to 65. I've never seen such horrible temperature control in my life. Lacks nearby dining and shopping options. The tub hadn’t been cleaned. Had mold and dirt inside. Bathroom floor was sticky. Toilet was not scrubbed. Only thing they did was replace the towels. The beds looked decent. I was only using one but being that the bathroom was so dirty I second guessed whether they had taken short cuts on the linen as well. First morning I woke up sick. Nice rooms, all the staff were amazing. Friday 10/10/25 around 2am, short little dark haired desk lady was so nice to me after noticing I couldn't sleep!!!
