Stayed here with my son. Very convenient to old town St. Augustine. Yiu can purchase Hop on Hop off bus tickets at the front desk. The breakfast is smaller than other Hampton Inns but we were able to find a bagel and peanut butter. The rooms were small but efficient. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor. It is not in a separate room but in the hallway next to the elevator. It took about 30 minutes to wash. I didn't use the dryer due to lack of quarters. I just hung everything in the room to dry. The wall was rotting and caved. They hold the AC hostage. The room said 66 and my whole family was absolutely sweating so the AC is inaccurate and kept shutting off. You can't set it to keep the fan on so we were waking up all night and morning to people in the hallway and next door making noise. Breakfast was okay.
