From start to finish was the definition of low standards. My family and I had to get moved into a new room within first hour, then another problem arises. The manager on duty offers to switch us to a new room because no maintenance was on standby. The icing on the cake was the crumbs under the covers so we decided to drive back home 1.5 hours away because the experience was no where the company values of wanting their guests happy. Very professional...upscale rooms at affordable price..helpful customer service...nice pool..easy access to downtown and more!
Enjoyable 2 day stay. The breakfast was outstanding. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection. The eggs were fluffy and the mini muffins were tasty. The cookies everyday day at the front desk were like icing on a cake. Both of the front desk associates were friendly, unfortunately I didn't get their names.
