Staff not very friendly
After driving from Connecticut, I arrived tired and ready to check in. Unfortunately, the booking system incorrectly flagged my reservation as requiring accessibility accommodations, which we never selected. When I arrived, the male receptionist was visibly frustrated about this discrepancy and responded with a rude attitude rather than working to resolve it.
