I stayed overnight at the West Bloomfield Hampton Inn on June 15-16 and was quite pleased with my stay. The location is very convenient; the common areas and my room were clean and nicely appointed; the room rate was a good value; and the staff -- especially Bree at the front desk -- were welcoming, attentive, and professional! I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and have already made plans to stay there again in the future!

I don’t know where to begin. I’ve never been to a hotel that was so welcoming and friendly. The whole staff is like family. Staff I interacted with were kind genuinely caring people. Shout out to Kris, Rosey, Breanna , Violet and Issac. Highly recommend and will stay there again .

Unbelievably rude manager. Just at check in actively making rude and sly passive aggressive comments. Told us to go to the Marriott down the road. I cannot believe how rude this man was. He's a joke of a manager. His passive aggressive comments are unbelievable. I've never had someone in the service industry be so blatantly rude in my life. There is no excuse for someone treating his clientele this way, unprompted. I'd love to speak with his higher ups because this is unacceptable.
