My flight was delayed 4+ hours and I had checked in after 1 am.. unfortunately the system canceled my reservation, however Kris at the front desk was SO beyond helpful and got me checked in with no issues after that. She was SO sweet, amazing personality and so easy to talk to. I am in the wedding industry and was in town for a wedding.
