Terrible, non existent customer service. We showed up and had to show them our email confirmation and they still told us we didn’t have a reservation. We had 4 people in a room and we got 2 towels for 3 days. We requested towels never got them. We even would go to the cleaning ladies to get towels and they didn’t have any. Front desk told us they were out of towels ever day. Pool is freezing cold and the hot tube is supposedly turned into a kids a pool. You can tell the pool heat broke and they to cheap to fix it. Unclean and very rude, they wouldnt even clean my room on the second day stay!!!! 😬
