Would not recommend. Very outdated. Beds are horrible. Water pressure in the shower is very inconsistent when showering. It will keep changing on you from no pressure to fire hose pressure. The AC does not work properly, even though they say their AC unit was replaced recently. Stayed on the 4th floor, and even the workers complained it was hot in the building, but when we mentioned it to the front desk staff, they didn't believe us and were rude when we discussed it with them. Benny at the front desk is the rudest person. Never go here. Awful experience. Rooms were dirty, showers didn’t work, no compassion/follow through from front staff. Front staff intimidating, and need to find a different career

Travelling to Maine and back. This was our first and last stops. The rooms were clean, but in the first room the tv was off to the side of the bed, not the foot, which is still a mystery. As for service, we never use daily tidying, but there were two exceptional people otherwise. Kenny was very patient helping with check-in after our travel agent forgot one day (?). Great experience. Friendly staff. big breakfast. Aaccessible rooms. I really have no complaints. Its everything you look for in a hotel.
