I’ve been an Honors member for years and pretty much only stay at Hilton properties and figured a hotel with the Hampton name would meet a certain standard despite having a lower cost than other nearby hotels and it somehow had a decent rating. I was wrong. I checked in on the app and went with the room that was auto selected for us. It would not issue a digital key and says to go to the front desk. Unkept grounds, broken fitness equipment, dirty hallways and carpet. I expected more from Hampton Inn.
