The rooms were nice and so was the complimentary breakfast with waffles. Mike at the front desk was helpful and nice.
While I was still in my room at 9:15am, hotel staff entered my room with zero knock and zero announcement. To say that I was startled would be an understatement. Who does this and who allows this to happen? If my wife or daughters had dealt with this, we would have another level of issues. This makes me wonder what hotel staff is really hoping to see because this encounter certainly suggests deviant behavior
Nice and spacious room, but wasnt exactly tidy or clean to hotel standards. Needs to freshen up a bit. Update** Freshened up nicely!!
