We were immediately welcomed by the front desk gentleman, Zachariah (Zac). Having never been to Prescott, we had numerous questions regarding food and entertainment. All of Zac's suggestions were spot-on!!!! Hopefully, Hampton Inn can keep Zac on the payroll as he's a stellar representative for the company. For me this hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and the staff are professional. In the past I have noted that the air fragrance was too much. I have issues with certain smells. It seemed that is was toned down. I would definitely recommend.
We were welcomed by Zac and he got us in our room a little early ( it was hot, we were early, and we had our dog) we were thrilled with the service. Room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was great every morning too. We will be back!! A great experience!
