The mattress in the juniper suite is paper thin, old and the duvet hampton uses is trashy at best. We are gold members. Hampton inn is just not the same. Holiday Inn select has been my normal go to but they were next door and sold out. Holiday has a better breakfast, bigger rooms, the give you way more points if something goes wrong on your stay, one time I had a maintenance manager walk in my room right as i was getting out of the shower one time they gave me 5 free nights and 35000 points. We stayed two nights and were very satisfied. The room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant, modern interior. Everything felt clean and well taken care of. The included breakfast was fresh and convenient, a nice way to start the day. Overall, a good place to stay with reliable comfort.
