Did not honor my he Hilton 100% guarantee. They said that was Hilton’s guarantee and not their guarantee and they try their best and that was it. But not guarantee of anything at all. No ability to get a refund of any kind. I have heard this has happened to many people before and they never give money back for dissatisfaction. False advertising.
This is the second time we stayed here on a thrifting trip to Prescott lovely facility with a great front desk staff. Highly recommend. The property is in Prescott Valley so it's great for thrifting. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Prescott
We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Prescott. This was a last-minute reservation and we had never stayed there before, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our stay really relaxing. The heated pool was a lot of fun for the kids, they absolutely loved it! Breakfast was also great with plenty of options to choose from. This was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
