Great rooms and hot breakfast. Easy enough to get to. Parking is good enough. One of the few hotels we aren't allergic to the shampoo and soap. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Helped out when our reservation didn't go through online. Only real complaint is the lack of microwave in the room.
Hilton Hotels continues to let ICE agents stay at their hotel because they are "just doing their job" despite all the evidence that their tactics are inhumane and our neighbors are being disappeared without due process. I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. The stay was average at best. While I didn't see ICE agents at this hotel, it still deserves a 1 star rating because as DHS says "one of ours, all of yours". Shame on Hilton Hotels for not standing up for what's right.
1/6/2026 Most reviews I have read for this hotel are bogus Hampton Inn 4215 North 41st Drive Pheonix, AZ 85086 Hampton Inn Pheonix/Anthem Hotel is about 20 miles north of Pheonix off I -17 Hotel is right off I-17, easy to find, but have to cross busy highway with no traffic light to get to it. Staff was efficient but not friendly. Hotel is an older building which needs much TLC. Hall carpets appear faded and mustiness pervades throughout. Room carpet is gray with spots. Room is dimly lit.
