Hello my last name has changed to Smith so I want to make sure that they know who I am when I put this review in. I've been coming here for several months for business. I come every week for a couple of days. Everyone is super super nice, but I do have to mention. Nice rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff
Accommodating front desk service. Two free water bottles with my reservation. Affordable nightly rate. The room has a king sized bed. Sheets and blanket are clean. There’s a working wall thermostat. I like that the TV has a welcome message with my name on it. You can choose to purchase snacks from snack section in the lobby with the card you put on file to pay for your room’s security deposit.
This is a great location and the staff members are excellent people. I didn't get her name, but the lady who worked the desk the evening/night I stayed needs recognition! She was still smiling and radiant even after a long day, willing to help without frustration! She's invaluable to the Hilton brand!
