Had bed bugs in our bed and the manager Shelly was so evil saying they werent there prior to us checking in. Bs she needs to be replaced she is not customer friendly. Avoid this place
Very good hotel
A little far from the parks but worth it for a cheap price. This place is extremely clean even if it feels a bit dated in places. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was the fact we had a fire alarm go off twice in one night, which meant we got little restful sleep in the one night we stayed. I talked to the front desk in the morning during check out and expressed I was a bit frustrated and they said “sorry it was an accident” and that’s it. We got stuck in here due to truck repair and picked your location for our stay, yea we wont so that again! Rooms were clean, though I dont understand the coffee pot on the bottom shelf of the TV stand with no power! Your night staff is as lazy as they come, will do literally only the bare minimum of their job! Your breakfast, nothing was fresh, bagels are half stale, your egg omelet are frozen pre-made and taste like cardboard!
