Horrible. Non existent service. Manager Shelley Turner should be fired she is never there. Customer service also a train wreck be ready to be placed on hold

I'm giving this location 5 Stars compared to other Hamptons that we stay in. Most that we stay in usually always get 4 Stars but this one had a few exceptions above the others. Very friendly staff, clean hotel and nice and somewhat private location with some shade to park. Several restaurants, gas stations and an interstate exit close by. They cleaned our room daily which is a plus over some others.
