I was awaken from a deep sleep by a little kid in the room above running back and forth and jumping off of the bed. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. After 20 minutes, hoping it would stop, I called the front desk, but no one answered. I called the front desk three more times over the next hour, as the noise continued, there was no answer. Fantastic service staff. First room had broken AC. Front desk immediately sent someone to reset. Still didn't work after another 10 minutes. Called front desk again. 5 minutes later staff came to my room with new keys for the room next door after they had already verified AC was working and preset temperature. Very impressive. Nice and clean rooms, including the bathroom. Will stay here again.
Front desk extremely helpful as well as professional. Rooms are SUPER CLEAN!!!!! And tidy. The variety they have for breakfast is amazing as well as the ladies there, super super friendly and tasty food. Definitely would come back again
I thought the lady that checked us in was a bit rude to me and my granddaughter and grandson. We have stayed here 3 times in the last couple months and the manager is a great man. He is always so nice to us all. We checked in at around 1:30-2:00 on Thursday the 4th of September. The lady that checked us in had kind of thick lens in her glasses. We didnt catch her name.
