Room was good had to ask for lotion the dispenser on wall was empty when we arrived.The 3 stars refers to breakfast, oatmeal was soup, no flavored creamer, the other breakfast stuff was good . We asked for a late check out, we were told only until 12:30, normal check out is noon, aything after 12:30 we would be charged $39.00,we are Diamond Members. We have stayed at many Hiltons, Hampton Inn. And True Resorts and never experienced that.
Great experience. Great location. Clean is an understatement. Spacious rooms as well.
No complaints. Very clean, good breakfast and convenient location.
Room had mold, noisy at night and Nicole is rude. This place needs a revamp and these people need to be properly trained in hospitality. I will not be back.
The staff here are very helpful, accommodating, polite and professional. I love the staff here and have to gotten to know them as I have stayed here a while for work. I love this place
